1 pck.pudding powder, your choice
Sweetener, liquid
2 egg whites

Instructions

First you prepare a pudding from the pudding powder, the sweetener and the milk and let it cool down. Then you lift the beaten egg white under this mass.
Tastes like the real paradise cream, but is much lower in calories.
