Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken in the water. Then remove the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces.
  2. For the sauce, sauté the chopped onion in a little oil in a pan, add the mustard, stock cubes and spices, simmer gently. After two minutes, deglaze with the white wine or water and simmer again, then add the mushrooms and let them warm up.
  3. Then remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the mayonnaise, then add the chicken. Serve lukewarm with fresh baguette. But also tastes cold or as a side dish for grilling.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
