  • 8 slices puff pastry
  • 10 slices Parma ham
  • 250 g spinach leaves (frozen)
  • 2 cups crème fraîche with herbs

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen puff pastry together on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cut the Parma ham into strips and spread on the puff pastry. Spread the thawed spinach on the dough as well. Then the crème fraiche is lightly salted and spread thinly over the whole thing.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
