  • 60 g parmesan, up to 80
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), grated zest
  • Pepper, black
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 0.25 ¼ bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
  2. Wash, dry and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the potato wedges on it. Spread the olive oil, paprika powder, Parmesan, grated lemon zest, salt and pepper over the potato wedges and stir in.
