Ingredients

  • 200 g rice (risotto or rice puddin)
  • 750 ml broth
  • 40 g butter
  • 60 g parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Put the stock in a saucepan with the rice and bring to the boil. Simmer over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. As soon as the water has almost boiled away, stir carefully so that the risotto does not burn. When the rice has absorbed all of the water and the mixture is nice and creamy, remove the saucepan from the hob and stir in the butter and parmesan.
