Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, reen, al dente
  • 300 g mozzarella in slices
  • 200 g ham, cooked, sliced
  • 250 g cream
  • 2 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 40 g parmesan, rated
  • oregano
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Put the pasta, cheese and ham in a buttered ovenproof dish. The last layer should be pasta or cheese. Mix the cream, egg yolk and parmesan, season with oregano. Pour the sauce over the casserole. Bake at 220 degrees for about 25 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
