Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), (new, small)
  • 4 tablespoon parsley, (large-leaved, chopped)
  • 100 g butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brush the potatoes clean and gently cook with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes. Then drain and dry. Melt the butter in a large pan. Place the potatoes in the pan and let stand over medium to low heat for 15 minutes or until the underside of the potatoes is crispy and dark brown. Then turn the potatoes over. Pour the parsley over it. Turn the potatoes with the parsley several times in the hot butter, possibly add more butter to the pan. Do not let the tan any more.
  2. A sausage salad, for example, goes well with it.
