Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 150 g parsley, (cut)
  • 2 tablespoon butter or oil
  • some flour, (2 - 3 tablespoon)
  • 350 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 ml milk, or liquid cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ring / s meat sausage

Instructions

  1. Boil boiled potatoes and set aside.
  2. Lightly heat the fat in a saucepan, sprinkle with flour and make a light roux. Deglaze with vegetable stock and then add milk or liquid cream, enough to create a slightly thick mass. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add parsley, stir briefly. Add the potatoes and at the very end add the sausage (cut into larger pieces) from the skin and heat it briefly.
