Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and pencil the parsnips. Make a marinade from oil (or water), salt, pepper, vegetable stock and possibly other spices and turn the pens in it. Now distribute the pins on a sheet of metal.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 ° C for approx. 20 - 30 minutes until crispy.
