Ingredients

  • 750 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon stock, granulated
  • 200 ml water, lukewarm
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 1 roll (s) herb butter

Instructions

  1. Make a dough from flour, salt, broth, water, buttermilk, oil and yeast and let rise for about 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough. Then spread the herb butter on the dough and cut into strips approx. 1 - 2 cm wide. Now fold the strips like an accordion and place in a springform pan. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the bread for about 30 minutes. A fresh salad goes well with it. The bread is also perfect as a souvenir for grilling.
