Instructions

  1. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the cheese on the paper as a plate, slightly overlapping the slices. Leave in the oven at 100 ° C (top / bottom heat) until an entire surface is formed. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Liquefy butter and processed cheese and allow to cool. Cut the chives, boiled eggs and ham into very small cubes, season with salt and pepper and mix with the butter and cheese mixture. Spread the entire mixture on the cheese platter and roll up from the short side. Let it set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  3. Cut the roll into narrow pieces, serve with toast or other types of bread. Also served as a starter on a leaf of lettuce.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
