Ingredients

  • 0.5 kg ½ beef goulash
  • 0.5 kg ½ pork goulash
  • 0.5 kg ½ minced meat, half / half (as small dumplings)
  • 0.5 kg ½ bacon, streaky
  • 0.5 kg ½ meat sausage
  • 0.5 kg ½ bell pepper (s), green / yellow / red
  • 0.5 kg ½ tomato (s), (peeled)
  • 0.5 kg ½ onion (s), (gobe cubes)
  • 1 bottle sauce, (shish kebab sauce)

Instructions

  1. Layer the ingredients in a greased roaster in the following order. 1. Beef / 2. Pork / 3. Minced balls / 4. Bacon / 5. Beef sausage / 6. Peppers / 7. Tomatoes / 8. Onions and finally the kebab sauce on top. Put the roaster in the preheated oven (200 °). Let simmer for 1.5 hours. Then stir and put it in the oven again for 1 hour. Please do not add any water (otherwise it will be too thin). Stir occasionally. Then let it taste.
  2. There is also bread and salad. Always fits.
