Instructions

  1. You divide the meat into 3 heaps of different sizes. The 1st heap should be the largest and form the body, the 2nd heap the head and the 3rd and thus smallest heap the nose. Now shape your parts so that if you put everything together it will make a hedgehog.
  2. Now peel your onions. Cut these lengthways into strips, which will then make the hedgehog`s spines. When you have the onion strips the right size, stick the pieces into the Mett hedgehog. Remember that the hedgehog needs onion eyes too.
  3. Serve with delicious bread.
