Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients one after the other in a bowl and stir. Then preheat the oven to 175 ° convection.
  2. Shape the dough into small to medium-sized balls (I can make about 20 small balls!) And do not place too close to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake the party rolls for about 20 - 35 minutes, depending on their size (my small rolls need 25 minutes until they are lightly browned all around).
  4. Tip: Consume bread rolls as warm as possible (delicious with a little brunch, cream cheese or butter). I put leftover rolls in the can and then put them in the refrigerator. If necessary, they can be placed on the toaster to warm up.
  5. Got the recipe from an oatmeal bag and my family loves it!
  6. Instead of herbal quark, I tried them with buttermilk, but this is not recommended as they get very soggy.
  7. Then prefer with low-fat quark (without herbs) - delicious with a sweet breakfast.
  8. I added up the kcal value and divided it by 20 (!) Pieces. A total of around 2200 kcal and 25 g of fat are added to the book. A bread roll has relatively little fat, but relatively high calories due to the flour. But they fill you up quickly and you know what`s inside.
