Ingredients

  • 1 can mango (s), diced
  • 2 red peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, cut into strips
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s), finely chopped
  • 3 tomato (s), diced
  • 350 g turkey breast fillet (s), cut into pieces approx. 1 cm in size
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 6 tablespoon sauce, (Maggi Texicana Salsa)
  • N / A parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the turkey with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Let the oil get hot in a pan, fry the seasoned meat on all sides until crispy brown and remove, then add the strips of pepper and spring onions to the frying fat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Let cool down.
  2. Mix all the ingredients (please wait at the end of the mangoes as they are very soft). Season with the sauce and parsley, add a little pepper if necessary, and season to taste.
