Ingredients

  • 750 g minced meat
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 cans soup (tomato soup)
  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 0.5 ½ glass salad (Mexican salad)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat vigorously with salt and pepper and fry it. Add the leek in rings.
  2. After 5 minutes add the 2 cans of tomato soup and double the amount of water and the other ingredients one after the other.
  3. Do not boil completely, let it steep for 15 minutes.
  4. Baguette with herb butter tastes good with it.
