Ingredients
- 750 g minced meat
- 2 leeks
- 2 cans soup (tomato soup)
- 1 packet cream cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 0.5 ½ glass salad (Mexican salad)
- salt and pepper

- Season the minced meat vigorously with salt and pepper and fry it. Add the leek in rings.
- After 5 minutes add the 2 cans of tomato soup and double the amount of water and the other ingredients one after the other.
- Do not boil completely, let it steep for 15 minutes.
- Baguette with herb butter tastes good with it.
