Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg minced meat, half and half
- 6 onion (s)
- 3 bell pepper (s)
- 1 tube tomato paste
- 1 can pineapple in pieces, with juice
- 1 jar tomato peppers
- 500 ml tomato ketchup
- 2 cans soup (oxtail soup)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can beans (chili beans)
- 1 can corn
- 2 cups crème fraîche
- 200 g processed cheese
- salt
- pepper

- Peel and dice the onion. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Fry the onions, peppers and minced meat well. Add pineapple with juice. Add the tomato paste, tomato peppers, ketchup, oxtail soup, beans and the corn. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Finally stir in the creme fraiche and the processed cheese.
