Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, (Bavarette No.13 or Spahetti iNo.5)
  • 500 g tomato (s), (fresh vine tomatoes or canned tomatoes)
  • 0.5 ½ bulb garlic, more or less to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt
  • 1 chilli pepper (red Thai chilli), more or less to taste
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil, good quality

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat the oil in a high pan over low heat. Add the garlic, sugar and salt and fry until the sugar and garlic caramelize until golden brown.
