Ingredients

  • 350 g pasta
  • 3 tablespoon oil, olive oil
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 100 g mushrooms, cut into leaves
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 100 ml broth
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat the oil, sauté the onion until translucent, add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Dust with the flour, then add the broth and bring to the boil. Stir in the cream and peas and let simmer for another 5 minutes on a very low heat. Season to taste with the spices.
  3. Pour the sauce over the pasta. Tortelloni, ribbon noodles, but also all other types go well.
