Ingredients

  • 350 g broccoli, frozen
  • 300 g penne, cooked
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml water
  • 125 g bacon, diced
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 ½ tablespoon flour
  • 4 slices processed cheese
  • Broth powder
  • nutmeg
  • pepper
  • 200 g Gouda cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Put the cooked pasta in a baking dish and spread the frozen broccoli florets on top.
  2. Melt the margarine in a saucepan and fry the bacon in it. Dust the flour over it and stir with a whisk. Then deglaze with the water and milk. Keep stirring with the whisk. Now melt the processed cheese in the sauce and season with stock powder, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the pasta and broccoli. Then sprinkle everything with the Gouda.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
