Ingredients

  • 750 g minced meat, mixed

  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 packet cheese, diced, for gratinating
  • 500 g noodles (spial noodles)

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with the onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Add Tomato al Gusto.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water. Layer the two alternately in a baking dish.
  3. Melt the processed cheese with the milk and nutmeg in a saucepan. Sprinkle the top of the minced meat completely with the cheese and pour the cheese sauce over it.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at about 180 ° C.
