Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta
  • 400 g spinach leaves
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 200 g tomato (s), peeled and diced
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 100 g onion (s), diced
  • Seasoned Salt
  • nutmeg
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Sweat the onion cubes in olive oil until translucent and add the spinach, season and let collapse briefly. Mix the cooled noodles with the spinach and sour cream, season to taste and place in a thinly greased baking dish. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and cover the casserole with it. Finally sprinkle on the tomato cubes and bake (approx. 20 minutes at 150-180 °).
