Ingredients

  • 350 g riatoni or penne
  • 300 g cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 150 g tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ parsley, fresh
  • Herbs, Italian
  • 5 piece (s) chili peppers, mild
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 150 g mountain cheese or Emmentaler

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles and drain them if they are not quite cooked as they will continue to cook in the oven.
  2. Make a sauce from cream, milk, water and tomato paste and mix with chopped garlic and finely chopped parsley and season with salt, pepper and possibly Italian herbs.
  3. Put the pasta in a baking dish, sprinkle with pepperoni rings, tomato cubes and feta cheese cubes, pour the sauce evenly over everything and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
