Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 packet frozen spinach, approx. 450 g
  • 1 packet salmon (frozen), approx. 250 g

For the sauce:

  • 3 cups sour cream, 200 g each
  • 1 cup sweet cream, 200 g each
  • Vegetable stock powder, instant
  • Lemons)

Instructions

  1. Pre-cook the pasta, pour half of the pasta into a baking dish. Then spread the thawed spinach over the top. Now pour in the remaining pasta. Cut the salmon into slices and pour over the pasta. Ideally while the salmon is frozen, then it is easier to cut.
  2. Then mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce, season to taste and pour over it. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and place in the oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 35 minutes.
  3. Tastes great and you can prepare the dish in the afternoon.
