Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta
  • 600 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 100 g olives
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • Basil, thyme, oregano as desired
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large zucchini or 2 small ones
  • 250 g cheese, e.. mountain cheese
  • 4 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta. Then cut the tomatoes in half and put them in a baking dish. Add the Mediterranean herbs, garlic, parsley, olives, pepper and salt. Pour olive oil over them and stir well. Now fold in the cooked noodles.
  2. Now it`s time to get to the crust. Grate the zucchini and cheese with a grater. Add garlic, pepper, salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix together. Then add the sesame seeds, fold in and pour the mixture onto the pasta.
  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
