  • Pasta – 200 g
  • Sausage – 150 g
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 0.5 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Mayonnaise – 1.5 tbsp
  • Ketchup – 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 teaspoon

  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients. Pepper the seeds and cut them into strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ketchup and mayonnaise. Cut the tomato into slices. Peel the garlic and cut it into small cubes. Cut the sausage into cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

  3. Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil and add 0.5 teaspoons of salt. Let’s pour in the pasta. When the water boils again, turn down the heat and cook the pasta for 3-4 minutes. Then turn off the heat and let the pasta stand in the water for another 5 minutes. We put the pasta in a colander, rinse it, and put it back into the pan for now.
  4. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil. Put the pasta in the mold. I only fit a third of the pasta, so take a form of at least 30×30 cm. Add ketchup and mayonnaise sauce to the pasta. Let’s mix. Add garlic to the mold. Then distribute the sausage.

  5. Put the bell pepper on top of the sausage. Then add the tomatoes. You can add a little salt to them if you like. Sprinkle with hard cheese on top.
  6. We send pasta with sausage, tomatoes, and cheese to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. The pasta casserole is ready and ready to serve.
