Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 leek
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), red or yellow
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Chop the garlic finely with 3/4 of the cream, mix 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and water, season with salt. Put the pasta in the baking dish so that the base is covered, pour the cream mixture over it. Put in the oven (approx. 10-15 minutes, as long as it takes to cut the vegetables).
  2. Cut the leek and onions into rings, dice the tomatoes and paprika, place in a bowl, add the remaining cream and tomato paste, mix everything well and season with salt, pepper and paprika, layer over the pasta. Cover with grated cheese and again in the oven for 35 - 45 min with top / bottom heat!
  3. (You can also use more pasta, but then more water, otherwise it will stay hard.)
