Pasta Casserole with Minced Meat, Tomatoes and Cheese

A simple recipe for pasta casserole with minced meat. Add tomatoes for juiciness, and cilantro and garlic for aroma. An excellent option for housewives when you don’t want to stand at the stove for a long time and fry or cook something, especially since baked dishes are healthier.

Ingredients
Pasta – 300 g
Minced pork and beef – 250 g
Tomatoes (small size) – 3 pcs.
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Hard cheese – 80 g
Butter – 20 g
Fresh cilantro – 1/2 bunch
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
First of all, let’s boil the pasta. To do this, bring 2 liters of water to a boil, salt. We send pasta to boiling water and cook them after boiling for 8-9 minutes. We turn on the oven and heat it up to 180 degrees.
Drain the water and pasta. Add butter to the pasta. Leave some oil to grease the mold.
Peel the garlic. Finely chop the cilantro greens and cloves of garlic, then add to the pan with the pasta.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and also send them to the pan. Then add minced pork, eggs, salt, and pepper to the pasta.
Rub the cheese on a fine grater. Grease the baking dish with butter. We spread pasta with minced meat and tomatoes in a mold, sprinkle with grated cheese. Cooking pasta casserole with minced meat, tomatoes, and cheese at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
We take out the finished pasta casserole from the oven, let it cool slightly.
We cut the casserole into portions and serve it as an independent dish for lunch or dinner, although such a dish can also be eaten for breakfast.
