Ingredients
- 1 large onion (s)
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 carrot (s)
- 0.25 ¼ tuber / n celery
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 tube tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 2 bay leaves
- 500 g pasta (Spirelli)
- 1 pack sheep`s cheese
- 300 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- 2 cups sour cream
- Fat, for frying
- salt and pepper

- Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrot and celery.
- Fry the onions in hot fat until translucent, then add the minced meat. When it`s done through, add two cups of water and stir in the stock cube, carrot, celery and spices. Cover the pot and simmer for a quarter to half an hour over medium heat. Then add the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper.
- Line the baking dish with the uncooked pasta and cover with the sauce. Then spread the sour cream on top, mash the sheep`s cheese with your fingers or a fork and crumble evenly over the sour cream. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Cook on the middle shelf at 200 ° C for 20-30 minutes.
