Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 tuber fennel
  • olive oil
  • 400 g sausae, fine, fresh
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 sachet spice mixture (Knorr Salatkrönung 7 herbs822;, alternatively garden herbs822;)
  • 80 g baby spinach
  • 300 g fettuccine
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion and fennel into small cubes. Sweat in a large pan with a little olive oil until translucent. Then cut the sausage out of the intestine and add the sausage meat. Fry crumbly, like minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. When the sausage meat is cooked through, add the cream first and then the topping of the salad.
  3. Simmer over medium heat, stir in the baby spinach and let it steep until the spinach leaves have collapsed. Stir every now and then. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the pasta but don`t put it off.
  5. Serve together. Serve with parmesan to taste.
  6. Remarks:
  7. Fresh, fine bratwurst is best. But it also works with fresh, coarse sausage and of course with salsiccia, if necessary with minced meat. With vegetables, you can also vary your taste and, for example, also use broccoli or the like.
  8. If you buy the ingredients fresh, the dish for 4 people is € 8 to 9 (May 2020).
