  • 5 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl. Mix eggs, oil and salt and place in a well in the flour. Knead well until you have a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  2. Divide into two to three parts. Flour the base and rolling pin. Roll out a ball of dough thinly. Do the same with the rest of the dough. Let the pastry sheets dry briefly.
  3. Cut into the desired shape.
  4. Cook the pasta in salted water until it is done, stirring occasionally. Then drain and briefly pour cold water over them to prevent them from sticking together.
