Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta (penne or riatoni)
  • 500 g cherry tomato (s), quartered
  • 4 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 10 tomato (s), dried, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 3 tablespoon herbs your choice
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300 g mozzarella, diced
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente and drain.
  2. Mix tomatoes, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, drained capers and herbs, season with salt and pepper. Mix in the pasta and oil and pour everything into an ovenproof dish. Spread the diced mozzarella and pine nuts on top and bake everything in the hot oven for about 15 minutes.
