Ingredients

  • 350 g pasta (e.. spirals)
  • 300 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 800 ml meat broth (light)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot
  • Salt and pepper,
  • nutmeg
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 150 g cheese, rated (I prefer peccorino)

Instructions

  1. Put the raw pasta in a suitable ovenproof baking dish. Spread the diced ham on top. Mix the liquids with the spices and season to taste. Stir in the cornstarch and spread over the pasta. The noodles should be just covered.
  2. Spread the grated cheese over it and bake in the preheated oven at 180-200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
