  • Champignon mushrooms – 200 g
  • Cream 20% fat – 200 ml
  • Dorblu cheese – 80 g
  • Walnuts – 50 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Ground nutmeg – ½ teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley for serving – to taste

  1. We prepare all the necessary products.

  2. Boil the pasta as indicated on the package. I cooked for 8 minutes after boiling. Salt a little during cooking.
  3. We put the finished pasta in a colander.
  4. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
