Even a dish as simple as pasta can be delicious and original. Just a couple of accents and a minimum of time – and a delicious dish flaunts on your table. It is the aromatic creamy mushroom sauce with cheese and nuts that makes the pasta juicy and very tasty.

Ingredients
Pasta – 400 g
Champignon mushrooms – 200 g
Cream 20% fat – 200 ml
Dorblu cheese – 80 g
Walnuts – 50 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Ground nutmeg – ½ teaspoon
Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Fresh parsley for serving – to taste
Directions
We prepare all the necessary products.
Boil the pasta as indicated on the package. I cooked for 8 minutes after boiling. Salt a little during cooking.
We put the finished pasta in a colander.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Grind the nuts in a blender. We set aside a few nuts for decoration.
Pour cream into the pan and put on heat.
As soon as the cream is warm, add the cheese and nuts. Warm up over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mass becomes homogeneous.
Salt, pepper, add nutmeg and mix. Turn off the heating.
Peel and dice the onion.
Fry the onion in a frying pan in olive oil until transparent (2-3 minutes).
At this time, wash the mushrooms and chop finely.
Add the mushrooms to the onion pan. Stir and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Fill the mushrooms with creamy cheese sauce and mix.
Put the pasta in a pan to the sauce, mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pasta in a creamy sauce with mushrooms and nuts are ready. Serve garnished with herbs and chopped nuts.
