Ingredients

  • 500 g salmon fillet (s)
  • 750 g broccoli
  • 2 medium tomato (s)
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 ml Cremefine or other cream substitute
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch dill
  • some lemon juice
  • 250 g pasta
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut into 3 cm cubes. Wash and clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Wash, core and dice the tomatoes. Peel and dice the onion. Wash, dry and finely chop the dill.
  2. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and then rinse.
  3. In the meantime, season the salmon with salt and pepper and fry it all over in a little oil, then remove it from the pan. Let the onions become translucent in the pan and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the cream substitute and add the broccoli to the pan. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cook the broccoli covered over a medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the pasta, diced tomatoes and salmon, heat in the sauce and stir in the dill. Finally, season to taste with lemon juice.
