Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 400 g turkey minced meat
  • 5 tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 250 ml broth
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • curry
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta.
  2. Skin, core and dice tomatoes. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings approx. 3 cm wide. Sear the minced meat and season with salt and pepper and curry. Add tomatoes and simmer briefly. Add the spring onions. Braise again briefly. Pour in the broth. Let it boil down a little. Add sour cream and season again with salt, pepper and curry. Drain the pasta. Mix the pasta with the sauce well and serve. Finished!!!
  3. You can also add fresh herbs as you like. (e.g. basil or parsley)
