Ingredients

  • 300 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 40 g butter
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 100 g ham
  • 200 g peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 50 g parmesan, freshly rated

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion, melt the butter in a large pan and fry the onions until translucent. Pour in the cream and let it boil down a little. Cut the ham into small cubes and stir into the sauce. Then add the peas and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Let the sauce steep over low heat. Meanwhile, cook the pasta and only stir the parmesan into the sauce when the pasta is ready, then stir in the drained pasta.
