Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain properly.
  2. Fry the minced meat in hot fat and season with salt and pepper. Add a lot of chili powder and a lot of paprika powder to the minced meat.
  3. Mix the paprika (diced) and zucchini (cut into halved slices) with the minced meat and fry for a few minutes. Then mix in 3 chopped garlic cloves into the minced meat mixture.
  4. Mix in 2 chopped garlic cloves, 100 g feta cheese (made from cow`s milk) and 100 g feta cheese (made from sheep`s milk) into the pasta. Add the tomato paste to the pasta mixture and fold in both cups of cream. Season the noodles with paprika powder and chili powder (possibly also salt and pepper and, if you like, possibly also season with a little oregano)
  5. Mix the minced meat mixture and pasta mixture and divide everything into two casserole dishes. Finally, crumble 100 g of feta cheese (made from cow`s milk) and 300 g of feta cheese (made from sheep`s milk) over the casseroles. Pour 75 ml of water over each casserole dish. Put both casserole dishes in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 °.
