Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 3 leeks
- 250 g pasta
- 3 teaspoons spice mixture (miracle seasoning), salty seasoned vegetables or salt or granular broth
- 200 g processed cheese
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence
- 100 g Emmentaler or Gouda cheese, rated
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- pepper

- Cut the leek into strips and wash.
- Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and collect some pasta water.
- Sear the minced meat without fat in a coated saucepan. Add the leek. Add three teaspoons of miracle seasoning (the required amount certainly depends on how salty the seasoning vegetables were made). Deglaze with white wine. Add the processed cheese. Also add the herbs of Provence and fill up with two ladles of pasta water. Let simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Season the sauce with pepper and paprika powder. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix.
- Put everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C in the preheated oven on the middle rack.
