Ingredients

  • 250 g broccoli
  • 250 g cauliflower
  • 250 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Boil the broccoli and cauliflower in water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems and cut the mushrooms into slices. Dice the chicken, heat it in the wok and, as soon as it is seared, add the mushrooms and fry them. Fold in broccoli, cauliflower and pasta and season well.
  3. Add the hollandaise sauce and heat.
