Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 5 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 can ½ corn
  • 400 g natural yourt
  • 50 ml water, hot
  • 3 teaspoons vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, if necessary also reduced fat
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Clean the peppers and peel the onion. Dice together with the pickles. Dissolve the vegetable stock in hot water and add to the natural yoghurt with the mayonnaise.
  3. Pour this sauce over the pasta and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Let it steep for about an hour before you eat it.
