Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, Greek (e.. from Kattus)
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 1 ring / s meat sausage (small ring)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 0.5 ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 packet herbs, mixed (7 herbs)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Put in a bowl and let cool.
  2. Clean the peppers. Peel the sausage. Cut both into cubes and add to the cooked cold noodles.
  3. Bring the water to the boil with sugar, vinegar, olive oil and the spices. Let cool and pour over the pasta. Let steep for 1 night before consumption.
