Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • Water (salt water)
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 glass pickled cucumber (s)
  • 250 g sausae (extra sausae)
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda, Tilsiter etc.)
  • some vinegar
  • salt
  • some chives

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise and vinegar (mix a little extra yoghurt and vinegar and chill, you`ll need later), dice the extra sausage and cheese, as well as the pickled cucumbers.
  2. Pour the yogurt mixture over the sausage, cheese and cucumber mixture. Drain the cooked noodles and let them cool down. Then also add.
  3. Season to taste with salt and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Before serving, pour the chilled yoghurt-vinegar mixture over it, as the rest of the sauce is sure to have absorbed. Cut the chives into fine rolls and use for decorating.
  4. We eat the pasta salad just like that or with something grilled (then only with cheese and without sausage).
