Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (colorful Farfalle, three-colored)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 0.5 ½ glass tomato (s), dried and pickled in oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • pepper
  • possibly chilli

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as usual according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat the oil of the sun-dried tomatoes in a pan and gradually fry the remaining vegetables, cut into strips or small cubes, with the garlic in the pan (should be nicely browned).
  3. Mix the whole thing with the pasta and season with plenty of balsamic vinegar and pepper, or a little chilli if you like.
  4. Tastes particularly good when it is lukewarm.
