Ingredients

  • 500 g fork spahetti
  • 0.5 ½ pt. Gouda, middle-aged
  • 1 small Jar cucumber (s), sour
  • 1 point ham, cooked
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 large glass salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
  • 100 g whipped cream (H-cream)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 dashes Maggi
  • possibly milk

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta very al dente, if in doubt, leave it a little harder. Rinse vigorously in cold water after cooking. Cut the cheese into small cubes, as well as the cucumber. Do not throw away the cucumber water. Drain the corn, cut the cooked ham into small cubes.
  2. Make a creamy sauce from Miracel Whip, the cucumber water (you can leave the herbs that are mostly still floating in it), the cream, the ketchup, the mustard and the Maggi seasoning. If it is too firm, add a little milk. Then season to taste and add a little more of one or the other ingredient as required.
  3. Then mix the pasta with the sauce and add the remaining ingredients. Let it steep in the closed container in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. Stir again before serving and, if necessary, loosen up with a dash of milk.
  4. The specified amount should easily be enough as a tasty grill side dish for 8 people.
