Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 3 bell pepper (s), (red, yellow and green)
  • 1 pack ham, diced or bacon (approx. 200 gr.)
  • 1 small Jar cucumber (cornichons)
  • 1 clove garlic, (depending on taste)
  • 500 g pasta, (preferably croissants or spirals)
  • 1 glass mayonnaise, (but also works great with yogurt cream)
  • Pepper, to taste (best colored freshly ground)

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the eggs, peppers and gherkins (0.5 cm) and place in a large bowl, leave out the bacon in the pan until they take on color and are slightly crispy. Press the garlic or dice it with a knife and mix it with a pinch of salt and fold it into the dice. Cook the pasta and add it while it is still warm, let it cool down briefly, but don`t let it get completely cold.
  2. Pepper a little (to taste) and then fold in the mayonnaise.
  3. You don`t need salt as the bacon gives off enough salty taste.
