Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, small ones (e.. Spirelli)
  • 0.5 ½ glass pesto (e.g. basil, wild garlic or red)
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 50 g parmesan in one piece
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta just under cook, then drain and rinse. Mix with the pesto and balsamic vinegar while it is still lukewarm. Let it steep for a while (even better a few hours if there is enough time). Cut the basil leaves into strips and mix in. Use a peeler to slice chips from the parmesan and spread over the top.
  2. Tip: If you like, you can add a few cherry tomatoes.
