Ingredients
- 250 g pasta, small ones (e.. Spirelli)
- 0.5 ½ glass pesto (e.g. basil, wild garlic or red)
- 10 basil leaves
- 50 g parmesan in one piece
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- Boil the pasta just under cook, then drain and rinse. Mix with the pesto and balsamic vinegar while it is still lukewarm. Let it steep for a while (even better a few hours if there is enough time). Cut the basil leaves into strips and mix in. Use a peeler to slice chips from the parmesan and spread over the top.
- Tip: If you like, you can add a few cherry tomatoes.
