Ingredients

  • 375 g noodles, small ones
  • Salt water
  • 300 g mozzarella
  • 100 g tomato (s)
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 150 g rocket
  • 225 g Parma ham
  • 75 g pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 105 ml olive oil
  • 4 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon pesto (e.g. basil pesto)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 1 ½ teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and let cool.
  2. In the meantime, dice the mozzarella, chop the dried and fresh tomatoes, wash and pluck the rocket and cut the Parma ham into fine strips. Lightly brown the pine nuts in a little oil, then peel and dice the garlic, fry briefly, then put everything with the noodles in a large bowl.
  3. For the dressing, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pesto (basil pesto is best), medium-hot mustard and honey. Pour into the bowl, stir and season to taste.
