Ingredients

  • 500 g Miracel Whip
  • 500 g surimi sticks, frozen
  • 500 g pasta (croissants)
  • 500 g nocchi (noodles, no potato nocchi)
  • Salt water
  • 300 ml ketchup
  • 500 g shrimp (s), small, cooked
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • some chili
  • 2 bunches dill, fresh
  • 100 g shrimp (s), medium-sized, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cook both types of pasta in well-salted water until just al dente and place in a bowl. After cooling, carefully add cold water until the pasta does not absorb anything. This prevents the pasta from soaking up too much of the dressing and the salad from becoming dry.
  2. In the meantime, put the Miracel Whip in a bowl and slice about half of the frozen surimi with a cucumber slicer on the finest setting (if you prefer something more elegant: a truffle slicer works too). The surimi breaks up into tiny pieces and gives the dressing a delicious taste.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and add it with the ketchup and dill. Mix everything well and carefully season with a little chilli. Then cut the rest of the surimi into pieces and add to the sauce with the prawns.
  4. Now finally sauce and pasta meet and the salad is ready. Finally, garnish with the larger prawns and the fresh dill.
