Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, (e.. penne, croissant shape)
  • 250 g salmon, smoked
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g yourt
  • 2 tablespoon horseradish (glass)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and cool. Cut the salmon into fine strips and drizzle with a little lemon. Cut the apple into fine wedges and sprinkle some lemon over it. Wash and clean the spring onions, cut diagonally into pieces. Mix everything together. Mix together the crème fraîche, yoghurt and horseradish. Season with salt, the remaining lemon juice and pepper. Pour over the salad and mix gently.
